Around 1913, Tres Arroyos housed numerous immigrants from Italy, Spain, Denmark, Holland, etc. Among them, our grandfather Don Cesare Capriata landed with his three brothers, coming from Piemonte, Italy.

With knowledge of the trade and recipes from his place of origin, he engaged in pig breeding and manufacturing sausages and delicatessen, thus giving rise to Capriata meat manufacturer.

After ten decades of experience, dedication, and constant progress, Capriata is today the right combination between the good "chacinero" artisan and a modern business concept with a vision of the future.
